RingByName app has power to build relationships

Today we have news of a new Android smartphone application that has been designed especially for small to medium sized businesses, and works as a part of the larger RingByName integrated platform that has the power to build good business relationships.

This smart new service includes a cloud based customer relationship management solution, which features a clever inbound call handling application that allows business owners to greet new and repeat customers by name. The service supports desktops, landlines, and mobile devices.

The platform cleverly greets every incoming caller by name and will even asks if they would like to be routed to the person they last spoke with, and will also provide the person receiving the call information on the history of the call along with details about every caller. It provides visibility for management along with improving overall business efficiency as it takes incoming calls, and even sets reminders for missed or unreturned calls.

CEO of RingByName, Kooi Lim, said “For a small business owner, it is unreasonable and near impossible to be tethered to a landline and run a business efficiently. However, most mobile phones do not provide the range of services that a business phone typically provides”. Lim continued that the app for Android is more than just a redirected call as it gives the user all the history of a customer’s dealings with a business with regards to phone calls.

The service focuses on providing customers a unique personalized experience and packages on the platform start as low as $35 per user each month. Other features of the service include an interface that works on PC, Mac, and Android, a company local or toll-free phone number and a phone number for each user, unlimited inbound and outbound calling in the US and Canada, and much more. An iOS app for the iPhone is expected to release during the second quarter of this year. Check the video out below explaining the service.
