HTC One X vs One S video, and the winner is

I’m sure you know that the latest Android Ice Cream Sandwich handsets out of the HTC camp are the HTC One X and the HTC One S, but when it comes to a head to head comparison between the two ICS handset, which HTC smartphone has the edge to come out tops? Well we have a comparison video for your viewing pleasure below that pits these to new devices against each other.

The HTC One X versus the HTC One S comparison two-part video comes our way courtesy of Aaron Baker over at Phone Dog that jointly delivers just over 23 minutes of checking out both Android Ice Cream Sandwich smartphones to see if one or the other can be pronounced the winner.

As usual we’ll begin with a spec comparison, the HTC One X offers a 4.7-inch 720p HD touch screen, whilst the HTC One S offers a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED touch screen, the One X has a 1.5GHz Tegra 3 quad core processor, whilst the One S sports a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 dual core processor.

Both the HTC One smartphones sport an 8 megapixel rear facing camera with 1080p HD video recording, along with a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, Android 4.0 OS, HTC Sense 4.0, and the One X has an 1800mAh battery while the One S has a 1650mAh battery.

It has to be said here that both the HTC One X and HTC one S used in the videos are global devices, so with that all said and done, as you should know by now, I’m not going to express an opinion on which HTC handset will come out tops, rather I’ll let you head on down to mash those play buttons so you can make up your own mind…enjoy.

Hmm – I am getting only 3500 total on Quadrant and my Mem is 2154. The One S stutters on swiping and animations, and this is the second one that does it… 🙁 Perhaps the UK models are slower.
