What did you think of Sea Odyssey app?

Just over a week ago saw the 100th anniversary of the tragic sinking of the Titanic on its maiden voyage after leaving Southampton on route to New York, but it hit an iceberg and sank with the loss of 1,514 lives. There were a number of events and applications to remember the tragic event, and one such event in Liverpool was held called Sea Odyssey. Today we are asking you what you thought of the Sea Odyssey iOS app.

The sea Odyssey event was held to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, where a giant spectacular show was held for three days between April 20th through to the 22nd. Three giants visited the city that were made up by a thirty foot girl and hew 50ft uncle, and her pet dog as they walked through the city.

It was inspired by a letter that a ten year old girl posted in 1912 to her father who was a bedroom steward on the ill fated cruise liner. The Sea Odyssey iOS application allowed users who had downloaded the app to take photographs of the event before using a selection of themed filters and sharing them with friends and family via Facebook, Twitter, and email.

The route taken by the giants over the three days was also provided via the interactive map along with all the food and drink facilities nearby. Users could plan their own route using the schedule of routes and estimated times along with the intervals. We wanted to know if you had downloaded the application and used it at the show and what you thought of it.
