Lumia 900, One X AT&T comparison video

If you are over in the good old US of A and in the market for an AT&T smartphone other than the iPhone, and have been considering either the HTC One X or perhaps the Nokia Lumia 900, but can’t seem to make up your mind which would be the best option, then perhaps a comparison video between the Android and Windows Phone might help you make that decision.

Thus below we have an HTC One X verses the Nokia Lumia 900 comparison video for your viewing consideration, which comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Pocket Now, who managed to get hold of the AT&T Android and Windows Phone handsets.

So, we’ll kick this off with the usual spec reminder starting with the HTC One X, a 4.7-inch Super IPS LCD2 touch screen along with an 8 megapixel auto-focus rear facing camera with LED flash, a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 1080p video, a 1.5GHz dual core Snapdragon processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, Beats Audio, Android Ice Cream Sandwich, a.35mm jack and 1800mAh battery.

Moving on to the Nokia Lumia 900, the smartphone offers a 4.3-inch AMOLED ClearBlack touch screen with an 8 megapixel auto-focus rear facing camera with LED flash and Carl Zeiss optics, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 720p video, a 1.4GHz Scorpion processor, 512GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi, Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, and an 1830mAh battery.

But which of these two high-end AT&T smartphones can come out on top, and which should you opt for? Well I’m not going to say which device you should pick, but rather as usual simply let you head on down to mash that play button so you can check out the footage and make up your own mind…enjoy.

I just got my lumia 900.  I previously had a iphone 4s. Which i hated. And before that i had a EVO, with GB and ICS. The video is pretty accurate.  The aspects which i dislike about the windows phone are the apps are terrible, and few and far inbetween. There isnt much customize ability with in the OS.  Which is a deal breaker for me.  I hate the home screen- to big of buttons, its really unneeded.  I wish they would had let you make the buttons smaller and different colors for each one. Not enough options for each program/app.  Google maps is the best GPS program, which is only available on andriod.

The screen on the nokia is the most amazing thing i have ever seen. I love the placement of the buttons.  The nokia has the best speaker i have ever used. call quality is great.

Power users should get andriod, betty and joe six pack should get windows phone or iphone
