Galaxy Note 2 to sport 5.5-inch flexible AMOLED
It appears there are some details on the next generation Samsung Galaxy Note been made available albeit these detail not yet confirmed, but apparently the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, which is expected to be officially announced on the 29th of this month will sport a 5.5-inch flexible AMOLED display.
According to the guys over at Phone Arena, Korea IT Times is reporting that the Galaxy Note 2 will be a thinner handset with a 5.5-inch flexible AMOLED display, and utilises UBP along with a plastic substrate that reduces thickness by 0.4mm and thus consequently increasing battery capacity without being thicker than its predecessor the Galaxy Note.
However, although the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 might have a flexible AMOLED, is doesn’t necessarily mean the smartphone will be ‘flexible’ or bendable, but means the Android device should sport a type of curve similar to that of the Google Nexus S and Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
If these details turn out to be true, it looks like the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 could possibly make quite an impact during the IFA 2012 show in Berlin, Germany with Samsung expected to showcase the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 on the 29th of August.

Yes sir with bells on this will be my device day one when it lands on Tmobile. Or who knows I might buy my very first international device. Let’s see how this turns out but yes I will be adding this to my already industry leading Galaxy S3….
Depends on what the guts of it are, but as long as they match or surpass the SGS3 then it’s all good!
