Samsung Trevi S3350 aka Chat 335 phone is convenient

The Samsung Trevi S3350 aka Chat 335 (Actually spelt Ch@t) is a convenient messaging mobile phone for those that love to share socially, now we have had many emails asking about this handset and how hard it is to buy and we did notice that it has been discontinued on many websites that used to sell it, for peace of mind we have found a couple of sites that do have this phone on sale.

This Samsung social networking phone has a full QWERTY keypad that basically looks like most BlackBerry mobile phones, the Samsung Trevi S3350 or Chat 335, call it what you may comes with an optical trackpad as well as a 2.4-inch colour display. If you love sharing you will be happy to know that it features WiFi connectivity, email support and social networking integration, the integrated browser apparently works well but we cannot verify this as we have not had this handset in our hands yet.

The keyboard is solid and has that sturdy look as not to feel cheap, other specs on the Samsung Ch@t 335 includes TFT 320 x 240 pixels with 256k colours display, inbuilt social apps like Picasa, Twitter, Facebook, Google Search and YouTube etc, it also has Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE, SMS, MMS, IM, HTML Web Browser, 2MP camera, MicroUSB, MP3 and MP4 player, Wi-Fi, Talk Time up to 12 hours, 520 hours standby time, Organizer, Voice memo, Stereo FM radio with RDS, Expand up to 8 GB with a microSD memory card, ok not the best specs in the world, but hey you might just like this.

Personally we do not think this is a fantastic phone, but hey many are emailing us asking about it so we will oblige and show you where to buy right now.

Cell Hut are selling the Samsung S3350 Trevi white (Unlocked Quadband) GSM phone for $99.99, it did have a retail price of $349.99, which means they are giving a staggering $250 off the marked price. You could also opt for the contract method where the phone is free via Tesco, they have many deals going such as the handset for free with 5000 texts, 250 minutes and 500MB data, this is based on a 24-month contract at £7.50 per month.

Please do let us know if you have the Samsung Trevi S3350 aka Chat 335, if you do we would love for you to let us know what you think about it, thanks all.

I have one of these. Looks nice but that’s about it. The phone works well in a building or car, but when outdoors it’s awful. If you are trying to text someone, the phone jumbles up your message as you are trying to send it, so your message ends up all gobbledygook! When outdoors the screen flits about and will not stay where you want it to..so you might be trying to phone a friend and end up phoning the wrong person! Also, it wont let you view your inbox/outbox either…so you might be trying to look at a recent inbox message then it will jump onto the wrong one!
