With the success of the Samsung Galaxy S3 it appears that old Sammy has yet another Galaxy handset gearing up for release this year, as word has it Samsung is preparing to release a handset known as the Samsung GT-I8190, a device with the codename ‘Golden’ and is expected to hit the mobile space before the year is out.

According to a report over on Ubergizmo by way of Sam Mobile, it appears that the Samsung GT-I8190 Golden isn’t a high end smartphone, there are currently no images available of the new Samsung handset, and these no word on what specifications the device will sport.

However apparently the Samsung GT-I8190 could possibly be a Galaxy handset due to the device rumoured to be in Metallic Blue and Ceramic White, and word is the device will sport a 5 megapixel rear facing camera, which leads us to believe this isn’t a flagship handset for Samsung as flagships devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S3 have a higher camera resolution.

Other than that, there isn’t much more known about the Samsung GT-I8910 ‘Golden’ other than the rumours is the device could possible see release sometime mid-November just in time for the holiday buying season if all goes according to plan.
