There will be many of you getting to play on some new mobile technology over the coming few days even if it’s not actually owned by you, and luckily there are a huge number of great games or applications available to users of various mobile operating systems. Today for Android and iOS users we have news of the Dead Trigger update that adds a Christmas arena and some other goodies.

The Dead Trigger title brought to you by Madfinger Games has just been updated for the holiday season, and as a special Christmas gift from the developer the game has just received a massive update. An all new arena has been added along with a new scary boss, as well as some extra story missions thrown into the mix.

Players of the game will also get the chance to win an original Dead Trigger T-shirt, and the game has been selected to be entered into the App Stores best of 2012, and to celebrate this achievement players can take advantage of double quantity free Gold thanks to Tapjoy’s Free gold offers between December 21st until December 28th.

The new features added to the game include the new North Pole Christmas Arena, Zanta the new Christmas Boss, new Grenade Launcher, new story missions, and some special price offers on weapons. If you can solve the underground puzzle you will then have the chance to win a Dead Trigger T-shirt.

There have also been some enhancements to the game that include the Mini-Mortar being more accurate, improved memory use for lower spec devices, and some minor bug fixes and improvements. The game sees players take on wave after wave of flesh eating zombies that are now roaming the earth, and it’s your job to try and stop them.
