The new Micromax Funbook P600 is an Android 4.0 Ice cream Sandwich tablet that is only available for those in India; this is a really good tab with decent specs to boot, not to shabby in the specs corner. Just a shame that it is only available in India and not in the UK or USA, this might have done well if it was released elsewhere.

The new 7-inch Funbook P600 is not going to rival the likes of the Nexus 7, but then again it is not supposed to but it is more powerful than last years Micromax Funbook Talk P350. Those living in India looking for an affordable tablet there is no need to look any further because this offers a lot for the money.

Priced at only Rs 9499 the Micromax Funbook P600 will give you Android 4.0.4 ICS, a 7-inch capacitive touch screen display, 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8225A processor, 2MP rear camera and a VGA one up at the front, it also comes with 512MB RAM, USB 2.0 support and up to 32Gb expandable storage via microSD.

It only has 2GB of internal memory so the microSD card slot is very much needed, if you prefer browsing the Internet you will get up 4 hours on a single charge and up to 224 hours standby time, looking at these times we say the battery could have been a little better.
