Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini vs S4 Activ in benchmark evaluation

#

Speculations and rumours seem to go hand-in-hand lately when it comes to Samsung’s upcoming devices, but today we can provide a few reports when it comes to the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini vs S4 Activ and the benchmark evaluation.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is expected to come with features such as dual-core 1.6 GHz processor, 4.3-inch 540 x 960 pixel Super AMOLED qHD display with 256 ppi, other key specs include an 8-megapxel camera on the rear and running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 Activ according to Viral Phone is basically going to be a robust version of the normal S4 but water and dust proof, the main features are expected to include a Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, microSD card slot, quad core 1.9 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of RAM, 2-megapixel camera on the front and a 13-megapixel camera on the rear.

Oled-Display.net have now confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is coming fitted with a dual-core Exynos 5210 processor, apparently this handsets clock speed is 1.6 GHz.

We visited Droid Guy and they have a few details covering the benchmarks, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini vs S4 Activ benchmark evaluation has been achieved and test shows that the Samsung S4 Activ I537 scored 17600 points and the Galaxy Mini I9195 was a lot lower at 14000 points.

This is a big difference considering the normal Samsung Galaxy S4 came in with 24700 points using the Snapdragon 600 and 26000 points using the Exynos Octa processor.

Personally we believe the benchmarks are fake, until we see solid evidence that these are real scores then and only then can we believe. We will be keeping a very close eye on these two smartphones mentioned above.

If you had the choice, would you prefer the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini or the Galaxy S4 Activ?
