We have seen modern smartphones bring a whole host of new features to the table, and away from Full HD displays and more powerful processors wireless charging seems to be the next big thing. Now if you are the owner of the Samsung Galaxy S4 wireless charging is almost here as a pre-order gets underway.

Popular mobile tech accessory provider Mobile Fun has recently put the clever Qi Wireless Charging Stand up for sale, and the device is also keenly priced as well. The product is a two in one device that will wirelessly charge your new Galaxy S4 smartphone, but also opens up so users can use their device on the desktop in either landscape or portrait mode for gaming, work, or other uses.

Unfortunately it’s not as straight forward for owners of the Galaxy S4 as it is for Nexus 4 users to use such a device, as the Qi Samsung Galaxy S4 Charging Cover will also need to be purchased to replace the original rear cover that Samsung provides with the handset.

The rear covers from Mobile Fun come in either black or white colour options and are priced at £24.99 with the new Charging Stand setting you back £34.99. The covers should be available for delivery in around four weeks and below we have embedded the Mobile Fun demo video for the product, and as you can see the replacement case looks pretty similar to the standard one except the small logo and it being slightly thicker.
