Karbonn Titanium X release to bring 1080p display

#

We always like to keep our readers over in India informed about the latest news regarding upcoming mobile products, and now we have information that the Karbonn Titanium X release is to bring a 1080p touchscreen display.

The company has recently listed the Titanium X smartphone on its official website, and comes after rival manufacturer Micromax recently launched its own Full HD smartphone in the form of the Canvas Turbo.

At the time of writing there is no information regarding the availability or pricing of the Titanium X, but it should be available soon now it has been put up on the company’s own website. The device comes with the phrase of “A chance to enhance”, and the website listing confirms a 5-inch Full HD IPS display.

Other specifications that have been confirmed include an unnamed quad core processor clocked at an impressive 1.5GHz, but the company may have used the MediaTek 6589T processor that is also in the Canvas Turbo.

Strangely the device is down as running the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system when it would have made more sense to launch the device with 4.3 JB. The handset features a 2,300 mAh battery supplying the juice along with a 13-megapixel rear facing camera paired with a dual LED flash, while around the front is a 5-megapixel unit.

Other than the NFC connectivity nothing else such as RAM and storage is currently known about the handset.

Do you like the look of the Karbonn Titanium X?
