Various handset manufacturers are constantly launching new products for consumers in India and today we have news of the Micromax Canvas Blaze MT500 with the specs and price for the country’s residents.

Micromax has been busy in the last few months as the company recently launched the flagship Canvas Turbo, but more recently we heard about the Micromax Bolt A61. Now the Micromax Canvas Blaze MT500 has been listed by an online retailer priced at Rs. 11,999.

The handset features a 5-inch touchscreen display at an unknown resolution powered by a dual core processor running at a clock of 1GHz and paired with 768MB of RAM. There is dual SIM support offering both GSM + CDMA connectivity along with the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

There is an 8-megapixel rear facing camera with autofocus and 4x zoom which is paired with a 0.3-megapixel unit around the front. While there is no information about the on board storage there is expansion possible up to 32GB via microSD card.

Other connectivity is available via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS while a 1,850 mAh battery is supplying the juice. The Micromax Canvas Blaze MT500 is listed to ship in 8 to 10 business days so the handset should be unveiled officially soon by the company.
