Since the Motorola Moto G was announced the device has raised the bar in terms of more affordable Android smartphones with some worthy specs and features. Now the Motorola Moto G is the subject of some India launch day offers.
The release details of the Motorola Moto G are set to be announced this coming week on, February 5th according to the company. In the meantime online retailer Flipkart has put up a page on its website promising consumers some offers if they purchase the device on the launch day of the handset.
Those interested in getting the handset from the retailer can sign up to receive notifications about the device, and the offers that have been revealed so far include Rs. 500 off the price of eBooks, and Rs. 1,000 off the price of clothing.
There is the promise of more launch day offers and previously we heard rumours that the device will only be available online with Flipkart being one of Motorola’s partners to sell the Moto G. To recap the Moto G has a 4.5-inch display at a 720p resolution that is powered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz.
Paired with this is 1GB of RAM, 5MP rear facing camera with LED flash, 1.3MP front facer, 8GB or 16GB of internal storage, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and the Motorola Moto G according to the listing will launch with the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system on board but in other regions the device has been receiving 4.4 KitKat.
