The Sony Xperia E1 and Xperia E1 Dual were both introduced by the company back in January. These are budget handsets but featuring the popular Xperia styling, so they are likely to be popular. Both the Xperia E1 and E1 Dual have now been launched and priced for India.

We’ve previously given specs of these devices, and the Xperia E1 Dual will be the first to hit the shelves, with a release date set for March 10th. The E1 will follow, releasing from March 25th, and both handsets are available in black, purple or white colour options.

They will be sold at major electronic stores across India as well as Sony Centers and the price of the E1 is Rs. 9,490 while the E1 Dual is Rs. 10,490. Apart from the fact that the Xperia E1 is a dual SIM (GSM+GSM) handset they have the same specs. Features include shake to shuffle, Walkman key and music hardware controls.
