Budget Nexus phone specs rumoured

#

The Nexus smartphone series has proven to be hugely popular as it provides a true experience of the Android operating system at a more affordable off contract price, but now the rumoured budget Nexus phone specs are discussed.

A few days ago reports emerged that Google had teamed up with processor manufacturer MediaTek to provide consumers a more budget friendly Nexus handset for release this year. Now new reports are suggesting that the device will use a 64-bit processor under the hood.

MediaTek has two possible processors that use the 64-bit architecture that are the quad core MT6732 running at a 1.5GHz clock speed, or the Octa core 2GHz MT6752. Obviously these reports need the usual pinch of salt but the device is claimed to be arriving during the second half of this year alongside some other new hardware.
