HP has been a busy bee in the tablet market lately. Just yesterday, we told you about the mid-range slate known as the HP 10 Plus that landed on Amazon and it appears as if that’s not the only new tab ready for prime time. Ready to meet the HP 7 VoiceTab?

When you see the word “VoiceTab” on a gadget, the name pretty much says it all. The HP 7 VoiceTab (1351ra) is a 6.95-inch phablet with a 1,024 x 600 resolution display. It gets its horsepower from a quad-core 1.3GHz MediaTek MT8382, and you’ll find 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable internal storage under the hood.

As the HP 7 VoiceTab is a massive phone, your connectivity options will include voice calling, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, Wi-Fi, and 3G. The cameras clock in with a 5MP/0.3MP configuration, and the usual array of sensors are all present and accounted for with an Ambient light and Proximity sensors, GPS/A-GPS and an Accelerometer. The battery is said to provide around 10 hours of juice, and the HP 7 VoiceTab will run Android 4.4.2 KitKat.

The HP 7 VoiceTab has just gone up for sale at HP’s official site, and it is priced at Rs. 10,990. It should roll out to other online retailers in the near future as well if you’re interested in picking one up.

What do you think about the HP 7 VoiceTab price?
