The 4.5-inch Xolo Q710s priced at Rs. 6,999 for India

#

Xolo has produced some nice handsets this year that offer consumers a lot of bang for their buck. A new one has just popped up on the company’s official website, and it shows the Xolo Q710s to be a mid-range device with a nice price tag of Rs. 6,999.

The Xolo Q710s is another handset in the companies Q lineup. We have covered the series numorous times, the last being the Xolo Q610s that arrived back in September. The Q710s is similar to its predecessor, but a bit cheaper and with a few improvements.

A 1.3GHz quad-core chip is what you’ll find under the hood of the Xolo Q710s, and along with it comes 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage. The display clocks in at 4.5-inches with a resolution of 960 x 640, and there’s a 8MP snapper on the backside and 1.3MP sensor on the front. Connectivity options will include 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It’s a dual-SIM handset with a 2,000mAh battery, and it will ship with Android KitKat 4.4.

When compared to the Q610s, the Xolo Q710s has a sharper display, better cameras and a bigger battery. The former originally cost Rs. 7,499 when it arrived in India and that makes the Xolo Q710s price a bargain at Rs. 6,999 when compared to its predecessor. There are cheaper units out there that offer similar (or better) specs, but the Xolo Q710s appears to be a fine choice for a mid-ranger.

What’s you’re opinion on the price of the Q710s price compared to its specs?
