The Coolpad Ivvi specs revealed through TENAA listing

#

A few days ago, we told you about the Coolpad Ivvi. The smartphone was thought to be the “thinnest” device around, but that may not be the case. A new TENAA listing has shown us the Coolpad Ivvi specs, and it makes us wonder what the company’s definition of thin is.

The lvvi brand is a sub-brand of Coolpad, a brand more known for their clones than razor thin devices. The company put out a teaser that lead folks to believe they would produce a 4.7mm thin device, but apparently something got lost in the translation. The Coolpad Ivvi is actually 7.9mm thick, and the display measures 4.7-inches…

The rest of the Coolpad Ivvi SK1-01 specs show a midrange handset with a 1.2GHz quad-core chip, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of expandable storage. That display carries a resolution of 960 x 540, and connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, and all the usual suspects. As for the cameras, the rear one is listed at 8MP while the selfie snapper makes use of a 5MP sensor.

While it may be disappointing to find that the Coolpad Ivvi is thicker than a lot of smartphones, it may still be worth a look if the price is right. As the device has just made its way through TENAA, it shouldn’t be long before we find out the Coolpad Ivvi price.
