Huawei Honor 5X lands in Europe for £189

#

A few weeks back we told you about the Huawei Honor 5X release and how it was headed to Europe. Well, that day has arrived and it is now available to purchase officially in the region for £189.

Huawei cranked out a lot of smartphones in 2015, and we don’t see that trend stopping anytime soon. They already have a half-dozen handset in the pipeline that we know about, with many more unannounced Huawei smartphones being worked on behind closed doors. The Huawei Honor 5X isn’t in the flagship class, but it does offer up quite a bit of bang for your buck.

In case you missed our previous coverage of the Huawei Honor 5X, here’s what you can expect from the device. A 5.5-inch 1080p IPS display puts it in the phablet class, while a speedy Snapdragon 615 will keep things humming along with some help from 2GB of RAM. The storage is listed at 16GB, but expandable up to 128GB while the camera combo clocks in at 13MP/5MP. A fingerprint scanner, 4G LTE, a 3,000mAh battery, and Android 5.1 round things out for the Huawei Honor 5X.

Vmall has the Huawei Honor 5X listed in stock and you’ll be able to pick one up in Silver, Gold or Grey. It’s currently priced at £189, but you can enter your email address to get £20 off the handset with a code and £10 on your next purchase through Huawei.
