#

We’ve covered Chuwi devices from time to time, and the Chinese manufacturer introduced a new hybrid tablet in March that can run both Android 5.1 Lollipop and Windows 10. There’s some nice news if you’re stateside and were hoping to get this device, as the Chuwi HiBook dual-boot Android/Windows tablet is now on sale in the US.

If you want to get your hands on the Chuwi HiBook 2-in-1 tablet you can grab it from Amazon.com with a price of $209.99. There’s free shipping and the device is in stock at the time of writing. The fact that it’s a dual-boot device will appeal to some buyers, but although the tablet has a docking port this price does not include the attachable keyboard.

Specifications include an Intel Atom-X5 Z8300 Cherry Trail quad-core processor, and it has a 10.1-inch One Glass Solution IPS display with resolution of 1920 x 1200. There’s 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory that can be expanded via microSD to 128GB. A non-removable 6600 mAh battery will keep the juice flowing, and the device includes a USB 3.0 Type-C port, microHDMI port, and microUSB port.

The Chuwi HiBook has a 5-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing snapper, and has dual speakers. It weighs 550g, measures 262mm x 167.5mm x 8.5mm, and has a metal build. As we said at the top, this is a dual-boot device so you can take your pick from Android 5.1 Lollipop or Windows 10.

Have you been looking for a dual boot tablet running Windows and Android? If so, are you going to consider the Chuwi HiBook?
