Apple iPad to Gain Skyfire App: Demo Video

The iPhone faithful already have Skyfire for iPhone and it appears that the Apple iPad isn’t going to be left out as word has it the Apple iPad is in line to gain a Skyfire for iPad app at some point in the not too distant future. Which we already knew as reported (here)

According to an article over on Gizmodo and by way of Wired, Skyfire for the Apple iPad will feature the same functionality as Skyfire for iPhone along with gaining the ability to natively play nice with Google Reader feeds, Twitter and Facebook.

Apparently a spokesman for Skyfire has said that the Skyfire app for Apple iPad “should hopefully arrive before Christmas,” and will probably command a price tag of $5.

And just so you Apple iPad fans out there can see Skyfire on the iPad we have a video demonstration of such for your viewing pleasure below which lasts almost five minutes and comes our way courtesy of SkyfireMobileBrowser, so head on down, mash that play button and check it out…enjoy.

Just installed the cracked version on my jailbroken ipad and so far so good, it works greater than the iphone version because it really translates all flash video into html5. Great stuff.
