One Consumer Review of “Alcatel OT-363”

I recently bought this phone for my birthday and was sad to see just how poor it was. These problems gradually got worse and unfortunatly I cannot get my money back or sell the phone on mazuma or envirophone.
We were unsure as to whether or not it was just my phone that would have these problems so we tried getting the phone repaired, but with little success.
Some of the problems I have had are to do with the style of the phone, which can’t be dealt with, but most of my problems are to do with signal and sending and receiving messages
I would not recommend this phone to anyone, but instead I would like to take a hammer to it as it would be extremely satisfying!!!!
