It is the latest and the costliest handset available in the country today.
Sadly it is supported by extremely poor service support. My mobile showed symptoms of the defect and when I reported it to the dealer within 24 hours, I was misled by him that the product was normal. When the phone went dead, I am told that since 24 hours had elapsed, I will be given a repaired handset. I feel duped for Rs 31,600/-
Summary: I feel duped for the amount of Rs 31,600/- My mobile did not work properly even for 24 hours. Now it is with the service centre and I am without a handset. Initially my queries were answered by two Nokia representatives (names not printed in this review but I have the saved emails for refrence) and now I get only computer generated reply messages. My Nokia account on the web is also blocked (probably by the company so that I do not write the review). N97 is best avoided. Better still Nokia is better avoided.

If you want to avoid being duped by the Nokia priority dealer and Service Centre Nexus, AVOID N97 in India especially Visakhapatnam
