Using the application will keep you connected with family, sharing information with work colleagues, or get emergency assistance with confirmation provided as your messages are delivered. Messages can also be posted to your Facebook and Twitter so your friends can track your travels online.

There is also the option of unlimited downloads of DeLorme Topo North America maps to be displayed on your handset. The US and Canada are covered in detail by Topo North America that includes elevation contours, back roads, streets, land cover, US trails, lakes, streams, and places of interest.

The maps are all cached onto your device so they are viewable even when there is no cell phone signal, and the display will integrate with your handsets GPS signal to locate your exact location on the map.
