Have You Downloaded iOS 4.2 (4.2.1) Yet? Your Views Poll

We thought we would put a little poll together surrounding the newly released iOS 4.2 (4.2.1) update, we will mention a few things and all you need to do is either vote or comment or both.

The new iOS 4.2.1 was released and made live on Monday and there have been many mixed feelings good and bad about this new update, well we want to hear more about these feelings from our much loved readers.

Some of the bad feelings about this new update brings AirPrint, New Message Tones, Download Errors, and the time it took to download into the mix, there are many more but we will keep this brief as it is a poll and not an essay.

Many users are complaining that they have installed the new update and even though AirPrint is now showing on their iPhones what is the point if many printers are not supported (We will write about this issue a little later today).

iPhone 3G and 3GS owners are very angry indeed that they were not included when the iOS updated the message tones, we mention about the new message tones feature that is only showing on the iPhone 4 yesterday.

Many customers faced a very long waiting time whilst trying to download, some waiting hours with many not even getting anywhere because of errors such as 1013 and 1611, we would love to know if those that want to jailbreak and unlock their iPhones are disappointed that they cannot install the new iOS 4.2, well you can but will not be able to jailbreak and unlock.

Anyway the list can go on and on with the good and bad so please scroll down a little and vote by using our poll system. Let us know what you think! Oh just so you know we have added iOS 4.3 into the poll.

I manged to dowloadd 4.2 very quickly , was getting 4.4mb per second. I updated my iphone 4 successfully. To be honest I have not noticed anything different really. Yes you have " find my iphone" and a couple of tweaks on Safari but nothing to write home about. I look forward to 4.3 for some bigger changes.

Yes, Yes, Yes. This is all very well BUT HOW MUCH DOES THE THING COST??? I can't find that little bit of [apparently unimportant] bit of information anywhere.

The Upgrade is free. I downloaded it 2 days ago and am disappointed in the fact that the Photos app will no long sort the events I am stuck with the old events at the top and New events at the bottom. It has lost the ability to arrange them how they are arranged in Iphoto.
