HTC EVO Shift 4G Detailed By WalMart

The latest smartphone for the Sprint network, the HTC EVO Shift 4G is expected to be launched during CES 2011: however the print HTC EVO Shift 4G has received an early detailing by the guys of WalMart.

According to an article over on Unwired View by Florin and by way of Engadget and WalMart, the new HTC EVO Shift 4G will come out to play sporting Android 2.2 Froyo rather than the expected Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will sport a 3.7 inch or 4.3 inch display, not too sure on which at this point apparently.

Other details of the HTC EVO Shift 4G for Sprint include an 8 megapixel camera on its rear, measures 4.63 x 2.3 x .47 inches with a weight of 4.6 ounces, full sliding QWERTY keyboard, microSD expansion up to 32GB, 3.5mm jack, GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi.

There’s also an abundance of HTC EVO Shift 4G photos to be seen on their website, and apparently the Android device should come out to play commanding somewhere around $149.99 based on a two year agreement with Sprint.

So any of our readers thinking about snapping up the WiMAX surfing HTC EVO Shift 4G once it hits store shelves?
