HTC One A9 review in triplicate

#

Just over a week ago HTC announced the new One A9 smartphone. It sits midway between a mid-range and high-end handset and is set to release in November. The first reviews are already in and rather than just one we thought we’d give you an HTC One A9 review in triplicate, offering different expert opinions.

You can check out our launch article on the One A9 for details on specs, but it’s always a good idea to check out a review before you decide to buy. So what’s better than one review, well why not three, and that’s what we have for you today. These video reviews are all from respected tech reviewers and will give you a good idea of whether the new HTC One A9 is the right phone for you.

The first HTC One A9 review comes from Phone Arena and covers every aspect you can think of. It begins with detailing the design and specs, offering some good looks at the handset. This is followed by the camera capabilities (with sample video footage and images), the Android 6.0 Marshmallow software experience and features, and display. It moves on to battery life, processor and performance, call quality, and more. Finally there’s a useful summary with attention drawn to alternatives such as the Nexus 5X and Moto X Pure.

The second HTC One A9 review below is from Android Authority. It obviously covers much of the same ground as the first review, although that doesn’t necessarily means the reviewer comes up with the same opinions. Again you’ll hear about the design, display, performance, hardware, pricing and more. The verdict is that HTC enthusiasts may enjoy the One A9, but the reviewer hopes for better things from HTC’s future offerings.

Our final HTC One A9 review comes from Pocketnow. It draws quite a lot of attention to the fact that the phone looks just like the iPhone 6, and goes on to discuss hardware, software including HTC’s Sense UI, camera performance, speakers, a mention of gaming, and so on. The review also discusses the recent news regarding the full price after the limited time promo offer for US buyers, and how this might throw up other alternatives. You can also check out UK price news at the link provided here.

When you’ve taken a look at the HTC One A9 review choice below we’d like to know your conclusion. Are you convinced enough to buy this new HTC smartphone or not? Do let us know by sending in your comments.
