Well that didn’t take long, no sooner than some pictures of this new Android smartphone hit the web we have a video hands on and comparison with the device, namely the LG Star which goes up against the Apple iPhone 4 in the video we have for your viewing pleasure below.

The LG Star hands-on and comparison video comes our way courtesy of Sean Hollister, over at Engadget and by way of GSM Israel, which means of course that the seven minutes video is in Hebrew, so most won’t be able to understand the commentary.

But who needs to understand what’s being said when you can watch the Android 2.2 packing LG Star with its 4 inch touch screen, 8 megapixel camera with 1080p support , HDMI out, and Tegra 2 processor being lovingly handled and compared with the mighty iPhone 4.

Apparently the LG Star stands up to the iPhone 4 rather well in a side by side web page load test with Apple’s darling, so I’ll just let you head on down, mash that play button and check things out for yourself…enjoy.
