Possibly the BlackBerry 10 L Series smartphone

As you no doubt know, when it comes to BlackBerry, the mobile space is waiting for Research In Motion to deliver the first BlackBerry 10 smartphones, devices that RIM hopes will regain some of their lost prominence in the mobile space after losing market share to rival devices, and today we have an image that is reportedly of a BlackBerry 10 L Series handset.

The image popped up over on Crackberry and also over on N4bb, and it isn’t clear who the original source of the photo is, however the Crackberry guys say it looks to be from the same source as previous BlackBerry 10 images due to sharing similarities other than this particular device has more applications loaded.

According to the guys over at N4bb, who posted a video recently of the L Series BlackBerry London and BlackBerry Liverpool that will apparently sport an 1800mAh battery, and you can check out that video footage below. The guys say they can confirm that the BlackBerry L Series of devices will be a gun metal colour, which they claim looks like the iPhone 5.

In the above image you will see a BlackBerry Messenger app, Facebook app, DocsToGo, and StoryMaker app, which they guys reckon is the equivalent of iMovie, but obviously that is pure guesswork.

Of course, everything in the leaked image isn’t final or confirmed and as such should be taken for what it is, as the image is undated, is an unfinished handset, and is running an unknown version of an as yet unreleased operating system.

And that’s about your lot with this particular purported BlackBerry 10 L Series smartphone image. If you haven’t yet seen the video footage of the BB10 smartphones below feel free to hit that play button and check out the video.

Are any of our readers waiting on RIM delivering the BlackBerry 10 L Series of handsets?
