iPhone 3GS OS 3.1 Unlock Nightmares: Ripped of by iPhone.com

I had been ripped off by unlock the iphone .com they clearly advertise that they have the unlock for iPhone 3gs 3.1 guarantees in minutes.

After purchased on line I logged on and find out they do not have the iPhone 3gs 3.1 unlock software, several email on their contact to get my money back failed, I contacted their sponsor swreg.org.

Can you help me reporting this scam regards
