LG Viewty red light will not turn off, please help!

My Red Light Will Not Turn Off I Have Tried Everything And Nothing Has Worked: If I Take My Battery Out The Light Stops But As Soon As I Plug It Back In The Red Light Re appears.

Anyone Know What This Could Be?
