Samsung C5212 dual SIM phone problems

I have this dual SIM phone, the problem I am facing is whenever I want to use SIM1 while SIM2 is active I have to reboot (restart), so that SIM1 become active and SIM2 passive! Samsung C5212 and the vice verse is also true.

Please assist on this matter.
