Samsung J800 cannot accept anything via Bluetooth, why?

I try to accept things being Bluetoothed to me using my Samsung J800, but my phone memory is full and it says I need to delete some stuff before I can accept the thing. I have an SD card, but I can’t figure out how to direct things to save there. Please help!!!
