The Toshiba Satellite Radius 11 price starts at $329

Tablets have gotten a bit smaller, and cellphones are definitely growing larger. Hybrid 2-in-1 slates seem to have taken a back seat lately, but a new one has just arrived with the Toshiba Satellite Radius 11. It’s not too fancy, but not too shabby and the Toshiba Satellite Radius price is lower than you’d expect from a convertible slate.

2-in-1 tablets can generally go one of two ways — they can flip or detach. The Toshiba Satellite Radius 11 is a flip tablet that converts from a mini laptop to a slate thanks to two-axis flip and fold hinges that rotate 360-degrees. The slate can be used in 5 different “modes” with laptop, tablet, presentation, audience, and tabletop.

The Toshiba Satellite Radius 11 specs show 4GB of RAM, and your choice of a 32GB SSD or 500GB hard drive. Oddly enough, nothing was mentioned with the display aside from the fact it’s 11.6-inches, and the same can be said for the processors. The slate is powered by the “latest Intel or Pentium” processors, so we assume they will have several options available. Other specs mentioned include a USB 3.0 port, HDMI port, SD card slot, a USB 2.0 port, and Windows 8.1.

While there are some important things we still don’t know about the Toshiba Satellite Radius 11, it’s price has intrigued us. The Toshiba Satellite Radius 11 price will be $329.99, and it’s coming to retailers, e-tailers and Toshiba’s official site on October 26. The press release does say “starting price of” so we’re assuming that price will go up based on the processor and hard drive.

Does the Toshiba Satellite Radius 11 seem like something you would be interested in?
