According to a report by Android Central, the Sony Xperia Tipo that was announced last month will be arriving on both O2 and Orange in the UK for purchase next month, with the O2 page stating the Android handset as ‘coming soon August.’

For those that might have forgotten, the Sony Xperia Tipo plays along with the Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, and sports a 3.2-inch TFT touch screen along with a 3.2 megapixel rear facing battery, no front facing snapper though, an 800MHz processor, 512MB RAM, 2.9GB internal memory, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm jack, and microSD expansion up to 32GB.
