Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 full specifications and pictures

The Mobile World Congress 2008 is going down a storm and one of the most talked about phones is the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1, Sony Ericsson made a massive announcement of this mobile phone which we call the genius phone.

In fact Sony Ericsson announced 7 new mobile phones all in all but let us talk about the Sony Ericsson xperia x1, this is a touchscreen Windows Mobile Professional with a full hardware keyboard mobile phone and that is just for starters.

The XPERIA X1 is a newly presented phone part of the all new XPERIA brand, the most noticeable thing you will notice on this handset is the unique arc slider which looks pretty damn good if you ask me. There are many highlights to the XPERIA X1 such as the 3-inch WVGA touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP and GPS plus a 3.5mm audio jack.
What is more you also get a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 9 available home screens, FM radio without RDS and Media player.

How about a 3.2 megapixel camera to tickle you fancy and 400MB of built in memory with the option of expansion thanks to the microSD card slot, this handset will also feature support for four GSM network bands and four 3G network bands plus of course HSDPA and HSUPA.

The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 also has a 500MHz ARM CPU; this phone is expected to be out in the second half of 2008.
