Apple Controversy: Developer NDA for Released iPhone Software

Apple will not be forcing iPhone software developers to sign nondisclosure agreements because many have already said that it was hampering their ability to work.

This switch was announced Wednesday and it is interesting because it comes just a week after the introduction of the first phone loaded with Google’s Android software, seems like a lot of heat if you ask us, the Google is an open-source operating system that will allow developers to make and sell programs without restriction.

An original agreement got all developers angry because it did prevent discussion of applications rejected by Apple’s App Store. Apple has said that the controversial nondisclosure agreement for iPhone developers would no longer cover released software and that the main restrictions were a little too much of a burden on the application Maker, seems a lot has gone into this decision. Is it the right one or wrong one is totally your choice.
