There’s a new app for the Apple iPhone that makes neat use of today’s technology; JobCompass for the Apple iPhone is a job search application which utilises the Apple iPhone’s cellular triangulation on the original or GPS on the 3G.
In doing so, JobCompass for the iPhone filters out only the jobs available in your own area thus helping the iPhoner to cut through all the job search clutter.
With JobCompass, jobs can be searched for via distance from your current location of between 5 and 100 miles and by keyword, and if you find a job that peaks your interest you can call or email straight from the iPhone. JobCompass for iPhone is available from the App Store at a cost of $0.99.
