Apple News: Billion iPhone Apps downloaded April 23 1:24:06 AM PST

The big news with Apple and the Apple iPhone at the moment centres round the Apple App Store and the approach of that all important milestone figure of downloaded applications hitting the golden figure of 1 billion.

And according to The Washington Post they have pinpointed the exact time Apple is predicting to hit the golden 1 billion mark, and that time is set at 1:24:06 AM PST on the 23rd of April, although they have updated stating the rate of applications being downloaded is slowing and thus the timing could be a bit off.

So if you want to see the Apple App Store hit the golden mark just hit the App Store around about that time, and who knows if you download an app at that time you just might be the lucky winner of a bundle of goodies and a $10,000 iTunes gift card…go for it.

  1. You know… I really wish I could afford the ATT phone plan. I would love to own an I phone and see what the hoopla is all about.

I remember when Apple was almost gone. I think Bill Gates invested his money to keep them afloat. Now he is even that much richer because of his competitor.
