Blyk Ltd, based in the UK is a company positioned as a free mobile service network for 16-24-year-olds, and is gearing up to enter the Indian market reports livemint.

A spokesperson for Blyk has said they “do intend to enter India but cannot comment yet on timing.” A discussion with potential launch partners is apparently ongoing.
