Electronic Arts, ID Software, and Konami and more looking at iPhone

According to an article over on i4u, major game developers are looking at the iPhone. Apparently it all began in June when Electronic Arts released a Sims game to the iPhone concurrently with a PC release.

This trend started by Electronic Arts will continue as an article on Reuters stated several major game developers such as Electronic Arts, Konami and ID Software are showing a large interest in the smartphone as gaming platform.

Most mobile games for the iPhone and other smartphones are at present relatively simple and cheap application games, but now major game developers such as Electronic Arts has shown that a mainstream title such as Sims can be sold successfully as a mobile game it should be too long before more major developers jump aboard.

Yes, we at konami create great games. We will have a new one raunched mid July base on American baseball on iphone for $4- Powerpros. It is much better than the bad korean ones by com2us and gamevil. We have actual MLB players.
