Hmm, apparently according to a report on the iphone blog, the Apple iPhone Developer Connection website is currently down for update, however it appears some are still managing to log in while other receive a warning and can log in after.

Not too sure if the website is undergoing maintenance or is gaining some changes, and so far we have yet to see iPhone 3.1 beta 4 even though it’s been 2 weeks since beta 3 was released.

As far as we are aware, the website hasn’t been taken down for previous beta, so this may not be the case this time, so one can only presume the site will return soon and its just basic maintenance going on.
