Is $350 right price for T-Mobile HTC Touch Pro 2?

Do you think that $350 is the right price for T-Mobile HTC Touch Pro 2? Apple have been reducing the smartphone price, its last iPhone 3G was $99, so any phone that comes about these days with all the specs on contract and is above a buck ninety-nine is just crazy.

So why have T-Mobile decided to charge nearly $350? This is with no less than a 2 year agreement for HTC’s most recent Touch Pro2, featuring a large, sharp touch screen and an easy-to-use full QWERTY keyboard and has conference call management tools for business users. We are not saying that this phone is not worth the money, but just take a look around the market.

We would place bet on the fact that this will drop below $200 once the HTC fanboys have added their early adaptor fees and every carrier in America gets their hands on it but at the moment it costs twice as much. We must say the battery life is much better on this model as it stretches to nearly 2 days but this still doesn’t make up for the fact that it costs nearly $350….SHOCKING.
