Although already available in Europe, the United States has yet to gain the Dell Streak, however Dell is gearing up for the launch of the Dell Streak on US soil, and says the device will become available in late July.

According to an Ionut Arghire article over on Softpedia, the 5 inch touch screen Dell Streak is expected to become available in the USA during the next 10 days, and apparently Dell will hold a special 24 hour pre-sale window for the device, which you can register for by hitting up Dell.

Spec wise the Dell Streak offers that 5 inch touch screen, a 5 megapixel camera with dual LED flash, 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi, 1GHz processor, integrated social networking widgets, Google Maps with Navigation, Android operating system, and microSD expansion up to 32GB.
