Nokia Goes All Official with 5250 Smartphone

Nokia has now gone the official route with their latest smartphone, the Nokia 5250 touch screen device which they originally outed a couple of weeks ago by posting several images in their Ovi Store.

Nokia went official by posting an official announcement for the Nokia 5250 to their Facebook page according to a report by Ionut Arghire or Softpedia, and the music orientated device is expected to come out to play in Q4.

Spec wise the Nokia 5250 offers a 2.8 inch TFT touch screen, 2 megapixel camera, GSM/EDGE. GPRS, Symbian^1 OS, 51Mb internal memory and microSD expansion up to 16GB, Ovi Music Unlimited, Ovi Mail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and support for social networking including MySpace and Facebook.

The Nokia 5250 measures 104 x 49 x 14mm and comes with a free copy of Guitar Hero 5 mobile game and should command a price tag of around €115 before operator subsidies and taxes.
