New HTC Android Device Gets Pictured

There seems to be quite a few leaked pictures of upcoming devices hitting the net waves these days, and another has just surfaced from HTC, which word has it will be playing nice on the Big Red network when it launches.

According to Boy Genius of the BGR, their source says this mystery HTC smartphone “makes the Droid 2 look like a kid’s toy,” and the source says the device has a brushed aluminium body and being an HTC EVO 4G inside a more polished Nexus One housing.

Word has it this new HTC smartphone sports an 8 megapixel camera with dual LED flash, 4.3 inch display, a front facing camera, 3.5mm jack and a kickstand on the rear, HTC Sense, and will probably run Android 2.2 although that’s purely a guess.

There’s no work on just when Verizon is likely to see this new smartphone, or even what name it may carry, but if you’re a Verizon customer hankering for something like the HTC EVO 4G, well you may be getting something similar in the not too distant future.
