iOS 4.3.5 Released: Security Fix, RedSn0w Jailbreak & Download Warning

Apple has just released the new iOS 4.3.5 and customers of the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch will be happy to know it will fix the security vulnerability with certificate validation, jailbreakers will also be pleased that RedSn0w will jailbreak it, but if you like your jailbreaking do no download iOS 4.3.5.

The iOS 4.3.5 download is ready to be installed on your Apple device by simply updating via iTunes, if you love to jailbreak your device you should be warned “Stay Clear” of this update.

This is a minor update so nothing to special other than a fix for security vulnerability with certificate validation as said above, CDMA iPhone Users the download is iOS 4.2.10.

iDownloadBlog did issue a warning earlier today saying that you should not Update to iOS 4.3.5 if you care about your jailbreak, if your Apple device is stock then just download the update. However, you can still jailbreak iOS 4.3.5 using RedSn0w, even though you should stay away from the iOS 4.3.5 update if you love your jailbreak you can still use RedSn0w if you do not want a tethered jailbreak.

The source above say that if you do not mind plugging in your device into your PC each time you have to reboot then RedSn0w can jailbreak iOS 4.3.5, lovely as they say, well lovely for jailbreakers that is.

The jailbreak iOS 4.3.5 using RedSn0w but you must know it does not work on the Apple iPad 2, if you wish too go ahead with the jailbreak you will have to update to 4.3.5 then point RedSn0w towards 4.3.4.

Please remember, this is a tethered jailbreak, for more information please visit iDB where they have plenty of information on how to do this, it is pretty simple if you follow the steps.

If you have downloaded the new iOS 4.3.5, please do let us know by visiting our commenting area below, and of course all of those who has jailbroken iOS 4.3.5 using RedSn0w we would like to hear from you also.
