Do you want Sony Xperia PLAY with 4G LTE?

Everyone in the mobile space knows that the way forward with tech devices is 4G LTE and although not many smartphone support 4G LTE there are a few out there in the mobile space and mostly Android smartphones, an area Apple still lags behind in with their iPhone, but could make the grade by supporting 4G LTE on the iPhone 5 when it finally surfaces.

However at the moment Android leads the game when it comes to 4G LTE enabled devices and according to the guys over at Droid-life there is a possibility that a previously release Android smartphone just might be re-released with 4G LTE aboard.

The Android smartphone is the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play, you know the device that was supposed to be the big thing when it came to mobile gaming but lacked high-end specs and no 4G connectivity in sight so hasn’t done that well apparently.

But according to one of the guy’s readers they are about to take part in training that touts Xperia Play 4G training, and just by attending you’ll be entered into a drawing for an Xperia Play 4G (image below).

And as we know there isn’t an Xperia Play 4G handset available, one does have to wonder what’s going on, perhaps Sony Ericsson is going to re-release an Xperia Play 4G handset at some point although it’s not too clear.

So the thing is, if you are a gamer out there would you want to get your hands on a Sony Ericsson Xperia Play 4G, or are you quite satisfied with the gaming experience on your current 4G enabled Android smartphone?
