Video justice of new Acer CloudMobile

When we think of big named smartphones, we tend to associate these from companies such as Samsung, Apple, Motorola, LG and even HTC, but have we ever considered Acer.

On the 27th February through to the 1st March, this year’s Mobile World Congress event will be taking place in Spain, and one device being showcased is that of Acer’s CloudMobile smartphone.

Before we enlighten you on its specs, we wanted to tell you that the new Acer can be seen in a video, which we’ve embedded below for your viewing pleasure.

Packing a 4.3-inch display with the addition of 720p and running on Android’s new Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 OS, the CloudMobile as gsmarena.com reported also benefits from a capable 1.5GHz dual-core processor, NFC and an 8MP camera, as you can see some of the specs match that of rival devices such as those from Samsung.

With the MWC event kicking off soon and the introduction of new devices, we wonder whether Acer’s new CloudMobile will be enough to fend off competitors, just this morning we reported on Samsung announcing a new Exynos processor with HTC showing off their new One X or the Endeavor as it was known.

Are you impressed by the new Acer?
